The specialty, not a side offering
This is what Maid For You has actually done since 1984: recurring housekeeping on a rhythm a household sets and we hold to. Most weeks, the majority of the houses on our schedule are ones we have cleaned before, by the same assigned people, on the same slot.
That consistency only works because the people we send are our own employees rather than whoever a gig app assigns that week. The same person learning your house, week after week, is the entire argument for scheduled service, and it depends on them being someone we hired and trained, not a rotating name.

What a recurring visit actually covers
Regular dusting and vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen deep cleaning, mopping and floor care suited to what is underfoot. Appliance exteriors wiped down, baseboards and crown molding kept from collecting the dust a weekly pass would otherwise miss, trash removed and the bins themselves sanitized.
Bedding gets changed and linen refreshed as part of the visit, not billed as an extra you have to remember to request. It is a small thing that makes a house feel looked after rather than merely cleaned.
