Home cleaning
Home Cleaning
For the week you cannot get to it yourself: a deep clean, a spring clean, or the kitchen and bathrooms brought back after guests, illness or a stretch that got away from you.
Chapter 01
A clean for the week, not a standing appointment
Some houses need us every other week. Others need us once, for a specific reason: a run of sixty hour weeks at work, a new baby in the house, recovering from a procedure, or a weekend of guests arriving faster than the house is ready for them. Home cleaning is built for that single visit, priced and scheduled around what your week actually looks like rather than a package we talk you into.
Whoever comes through the door for that one visit is still on our own payroll. We do not staff one off jobs any differently than the recurring ones, because the trust question does not get smaller just because it is a single appointment.
What that single visit covers is yours to set. Deep cleaning, regular maintenance, spring cleaning, Post-construction cleanup, and Eco-friendly options are all on the table, and we price the visit around the ones you actually want rather than the full list.

Kitchens and bathrooms are where the detail goes
A general tidy skips the parts that actually make a house feel clean: grease on the stovetop and range hood, soap scum built up in the shower, the grout nobody has looked at in months. We go after those directly, dusting and vacuuming the rest of the house on the way, then sanitizing the counters and fixtures where germs and buildup actually collect.
Households with kids, pets or allergies tend to book this one hardest, because dust, dander and pet hair settle back into carpets and upholstery faster than a weekly wipe down can keep up with, and our products are chosen with exactly that in mind.
Chapter 03
Post construction, spring cleaning, and the eco friendly question
After builders leave, drywall dust sits in places a normal clean will not reach: window tracks, vent covers, light fixtures. We treat post construction cleanup as its own job rather than a heavier version of a regular one, and spring cleaning gets the same room by room attention once a year, whether or not builders were ever involved.
Every product we use is eco friendly and non toxic, which matters more here than anywhere else in the house since kitchens and bathrooms are where hands, food and bare feet meet whatever was just sprayed down. A three hour clean runs a flat $130 plus tax if the job fits it, and your first visit comes with $20 off.

Why people actually call
It is rarely just one reason
A busy stretch at work
Sixty hour weeks do not leave much left over for the house.
Guests on the way
Family or friends arriving faster than the house is ready for them.
Recovering from something
An illness, a procedure, anything that has kept you off your feet.
Kids or pets in the house
Dust, dander and mess accumulate faster than a weekly wipe down keeps up with.
Allergies
A deeper clean than usual, aimed at what settles into carpet and upholstery.
The house got ahead of you
No single reason. It just needs more than a regular tidy this time.
What it costs
One fixed price, everything else quoted honestly
A three hour clean is $130 plus tax, and it is the only rate we publish as a flat number, because it is the only job small enough to promise in advance. A larger house, a deeper job or a first time visit gets quoted against the actual home, not guessed at.
