Deep cleaning runs through every room: bathrooms and kitchens sanitized, every surface dusted and wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, windows and mirrors cleaned streak free, baseboards and trim detailed down low where dust actually collects.

Booked around your closing or handover date, a move in clean is one visit, priced against the size of the house rather than sold as part of a subscription. Tell us the move in date and we build the visit around it.
If the home is small enough to fit the flat rate, the three hour clean at $130 plus tax covers it. Larger houses get quoted the same way every job here does: honestly, against the actual square footage and condition.
