The basics
We quote every home rather than selling a flat package, because a two bedroom apartment and a four bedroom house with two dogs are not the same job. The one fixed price we publish is our three hour clean at $130 plus tax. Call or text and we will come back the same day with a number.
Our own employees. Not independent contractors, not a gig roster that changes every visit. Everyone is background checked, trained by us, and reviewed on their work. That is the part of this business Jacque has never been willing to outsource, because you are handing someone a key.
Yes. Most of our work is recurring housekeeping on a weekly, every other week or monthly rhythm, and we hold your slot. Scheduling is flexible around your week rather than the other way around.
We use eco friendly, non toxic products throughout. They handle dust, dander and pollen without leaving harsh residue on the floors your children and animals live on. If someone in the house has a specific sensitivity, tell us and we will work around it.
Both, and they are different jobs. A move out clean is aimed at what a landlord or a buyer's inspector looks at, so we go after the places nobody cleans while living there. A move in clean is about getting the previous occupants out of the house before your things go in.

What a visit can cover
Yes. A seasonal deep clean goes past the regular rhythm: baseboards, vents, inside cabinet fronts, and the corners that collect Austin's blackland clay dust and cedar pollen over a few months. Tell us it is a seasonal visit when you book and we will plan extra time for it.
We can lean the visit toward allergen reduction: more attention to vents, blinds, upholstery edges and the surfaces that hold dust and pet dander, using the same eco-friendly, non-toxic products we use on every job. Tell us who in the house is sensitive and we will plan around it.
Yes. Our products are safe for pets as well as children, and we are used to working around a dog underfoot or a cat that supervises from the stairs. If a pet needs to be shut in a room or a yard while we work, just let us know when you book.

Getting ready and what we touch
A visit includes general tidying as we go, but deep decluttering and organizing is a bigger job than a standard clean. If that is what you want, tell us in advance and we will plan the time for it rather than trying to fit it into a regular visit.
Interior windows, mirrors and glass shower screens are part of a standard visit. Exterior window washing is a different job, and we can talk about it separately if you need it.
We use products suited to the surface, not one all-purpose spray on everything. Granite and marble are treated gently to protect the sealant, and stainless is wiped with the grain to avoid streaking. Tell us about any surface you are protective of and we will note it.
